Bu a\u015famada ise ki\u015finin bu hastal\u0131ktan kurtulma \u015fans\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmayabilmektedir. Bu nedenle hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n hen\u00fcz prostat i\u00e7inde s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 iken, yani hi\u00e7bir klinik bulgu vermedi\u011fi erken d\u00f6nemde tespit edilmesi olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemlidir. Erken tan\u0131 i\u00e7in ailesinde prostat kanseri \u00f6yk\u00fcs\u00fc olanlar\u0131n 45, olmayanlar\u0131n ise 50 ya\u015f\u0131ndan sonra y\u0131lda bir kez prostat muayenesi i\u00e7in \u00fcroloji uzman\u0131na ba\u015fvurmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prostat Kanseri Tan\u0131s\u0131 Nas\u0131l Konulmaktad\u0131r?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prostattan salg\u0131lanan ve kana belli oranda ge\u00e7en \u201c<strong>PSA<\/strong>\u201d dedi\u011fimiz bir proteinin kandaki d\u00fczeyinin \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclmesi ve prostat\u0131n makattan parmakla muayenesi tan\u0131da ilk basama\u011f\u0131 olu\u015fturan y\u00f6ntemlerdir. Bu iki te\u015fhis y\u00f6nteminde prostat kanseri \u015f\u00fcphesi uyand\u0131racak bulgular tespit edilirse kesin tan\u0131 konulmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla prostat biyopsisi ile doku \u00f6rneklemesi yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prostat Biyopsisi Nas\u0131l Yap\u0131l\u0131r?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Klasik prostat biyopsisi ultrason e\u015fli\u011finde makattan girilerek yap\u0131lmakta olup, prostat\u0131n 10-12 noktas\u0131na k\u00f6rlemesine at\u0131\u015f yap\u0131larak doku \u00f6rnekleri al\u0131nmaktad\u0131r. Ancak bu y\u00f6ntemle prostat kanseri olgular\u0131n\u0131n sadece %70-75\u2019e tan\u0131 konulabilmekte, kanser olgular\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir k\u0131sm\u0131 atlanmaktad\u0131r. Biyopsi sonras\u0131 kanser tan\u0131s\u0131 konulmayan ancak kanser \u015f\u00fcphesi devam eden olgulara tekrarlayan biyopsiler yap\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6nerilmekte bu da hastalarda ciddi enfeksiyon, kanama ve a\u011fr\u0131 riski olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MR F\u00fczyon Biyopsi Nedir?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>MR F\u00fczyon Biyopsi, prostatta kanser \u015f\u00fcphesi ta\u015f\u0131yan odaklar\u0131 saptayarak, bu hedeflere y\u00f6nelik nokta at\u0131\u015f yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan hassasiyeti y\u00fcksek \u201cak\u0131ll\u0131 biyopsi\u201d y\u00f6ntemidir. \u0130\u015flemde \u00f6ncelikle prostata ait \u00e7ok kesitli MR g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleri incelenerek kanser a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u015f\u00fcpheli odaklar i\u015faretlenmektedir.
