I have received advanced training in laparoscopic and robotic surgery, focusing on urological cancers, minimally invasive kidney stone surgery (laser kidney stone surgery), and penile reconstructive surgery. I have contributed to numerous national and international studies and have published over 50 articles in SCI/SCI-E indexed international and national journals. The main areas I specialize in include Laser Prostate Surgery, Penile Curvature Surgery, Penile Aesthetics, Minimally Invasive Kidney Stone Surgery (Laser Kidney Stone Surgery), Urological Cancers (Prostate Cancer, Bladder Cancer, Kidney Cancer, Testicular Cancer), Laparoscopic and Robotic Surgeries, Infertility (Male Infertility) and Varicocele Treatment, Erectile Dysfunction Treatment, and Premature Ejaculation Treatment. In 2022, I successfully passed the two-stage Board examination (written and oral) demonstrating proficiency in the field of Urology in Europe and was awarded the title of FEBU (Fellow of the European Board of Urology). In the same year, I was also granted the title of Associate Professor, marking a significant achievement in my career.

Short Biography
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Uygar MiçooğullarıHe was born in Antakya in 1989.
He graduated from high school as the top student.
He completed his medical education at Gaziantep University between 2007-2013.
He completed his Urology specialization at Yıldırım Beyazıt University Ankara Atatürk Training and Research Hospital between 2014-2019 and became a Urology Specialist.
During his residency, he received advanced laparoscopic surgery and robotic surgery training and worked in the fields of urological cancers and penile reconstructive surgery.
After his specialization, he has undertaken many national and international studies and has made significant contributions to the literature by publishing more than 50 articles in SCI/SCI-E indexed international and national journals.
In 2022, he completed the two-stage Board exam, written and oral, which demonstrates his competence in the field of Urology in Europe and received the title of FEBU (Fellow of the European Board of Urology). He achieved outstanding success in the same year. “Doçent” ünvanını da kazanmıştır.
Achievements
He worked as a specialist doctor at Izmir Tepecik Training and Research Hospital Urology Clinic between 2019 and 2021. He came in 4th in Turkey in the subspecialty exam. He passed the European Board of Urology and the Turkish Urology Qualification Board exams. He has been serving his patients at Izmir Can Hospital since October 2021.
